I'm 5ft 3 inches and 105lb. This is very good for me, and taken a lot of hard work to get here as I have been 15 pounds or more lighter before. I still want to be a bit more heavier. Some people just aren't made that way. My dietician told me to bulk out foods, such as having cheese on toast instead of butter, using full fat milk and instead of having just a sandwich have some crisps as well, adding calories gradually without having a binge which would make u feel uncomfortable. It has worked for me but is hard...
