  • Express it with humor. Force yourself to laugh when you feel angry, even if it's fake laughing you'll feel a bit better.

    If you focus on your anger too much, you will become even more angry. It has a snowballing effect.

    Venting anger is not always effective. You need to figure out why you feel like you are being burned by others and deal with that - otherwise you keep feeling angry, even if you have a way to "express" it.
