I understand. I've been suffering from social anxiety for more than half my life. You will still regret it. Because I did. I dropped out of university because of anxiety. It was so bad that I couldn't hold down food or sit still. My entire life was a constant panic attack. I lost 20 pounds and I'm not a big guy. I understand. But don't make the same mistakes I did. Don't let your feelings control you. You can take small steps to help your anxiety. Things like just smiling at people or saying hello, even if it's awkward. I know you're scared of judgement. But think of it this way, if these people are gonna judge you for whatever you are worried about, how great are they anyway?
Is it normal I can't talk
