It's relatively normal, especially if you were really attached. You're upset. Just please, try and calm down. I know it's hard. When I need to get over my anxiety issues (it can get pretty bad with me) I find something I love to do and just do that until I'm too tired to stay up anymore. Getting your mind off things and getting a good night's sleep usually fixes my anxiety issues. Infact, I really wish I'd known that trick growing up, instead of learning it way later in life.
