  • Eating disorders of all sorts are very common.

Try regimenting yourself. Start a food diary and note down everything you eat for a week. Set specific times for meals and snacks, try to eat little and often. Tell yourself that you will not eat outside of your set times.

As much as everyone hates them, vegetable are great because it takes longer for the body to digest them, meaning you feel full for longer.

Eating slowly is also a good way to eat less if you're worried about weight. Statistics say that the average meal should take around 8 minutes to finish. Time yourself and try to meet that target. By eating slower you may also find you feel full before you've finished the entire plate, because food has time to settle before you throw it all in.

Failing that, see a dietician or nutritionist and have a chat!
