It sounds like you may be developing a chemical imbalance in your brain that is manifesting in the form of social anxiety or depression. You should seek professional help for this because it is obviously starting to impede your ability to function during your usual, daily activities.
I think you are correct. I didn't mention in my story but I get into really good moods out of the blue too. Like right now! :D I feel amazing and I'm going to work and I'm actually really excited about it. Xo This is why I always resist making an appointment with a psychiatrist....When I'm in a good mood I think I can do anything and that I was just overreacting, then in my bad moods I'm too afraid to call and make an appointment because I'm nervous and depressed. (No motivation)
Thank you. (Haha I just imagined you as a sailor scout coming to my aid!) :P Sailor IIN Neptunian!
Is it normal I can't stand being around people more and more?

To me, it sounds like you could possibly have something like bi-polar disorder.
I agree with the others, you should definitely see a professional and get that checked out before it gets any worse.
I'm a huge Sailor Moon fan :D
