  • Some people are just like that, and if skinny is your biologically-set body type trying to gain weight would be a waste of your time. You could try to put on some muscle for definition, though that's not guaranteed to work either. Your body might change over time though, like after a pregnancy for example, or as you age.

    You should learn to learn your body the way it is, after all it is yours, and many different types of bodies are beautiful. :)

    • Also I just reread your your post and it seems that even though you're skinny your body is apple-shaped with most of your fat on your breasts, upper arms and belly. It's just the way the fat is distributed on your body and it's unlikely to go anywhere else if you do gain weight.
