It's very normal to be insecure. But since you've been with your boyfriend for a while, and you say you love him, you should be able to feel comfortable around him.
Don't be afraid, if he says he doesn't care, then he doesn't. If you finally take your clothes off in front of him, he's not gonna go running away, he's a guy, he's gonna love to see any part of you, and when he realizes you love him enough and feel comfortable enough to get past your insecurities for him, he'll probably feel that your relationship is even stronger than before.
