Sometimes I suggest my female friends think through a few steps. I ask them to define their ideal relationship (which is more than the ideal man--the ideal relationship might make them realize some changes are needed on their end as well), their ideal person, and where that sort of person tends to spend his time. Then to go to those places.
As you say, you're pretty, so you likely get a lot of attention. I've had friends who accidentally send the wrong cues unintentionally... not continuing a conversation when a guy starts flirting, looking away, adopting off-putting body language, that sort of thing. Just smile, make eye contact and talk and you're golden.
Of course then there's the problem of finding someone interested in a relationship. That can make things much more challenging. Don't give up! You can do it! 24 is very young yet.
