Its funny because when I get angry and I shouldn't, I say something mean and before I finish saying the sentence I will change my mind and say I'm sorry, explain myself, and give a legit apology. I don't think its hard at all. Actually, I normally laugh after and get satisfaction out of the fact that I am honest and resolved any anger between us.
