Is it normal I can only sleep at afternoons??

  • it's because of a stress,if you keep sleeping this way it will be so much hard for you to try sleeping at night,so you have to do smthing,and the following might help you: first thing to do: no matter how much tired you are don't sleep that four hours ok,second:stay away from tee,cofee,lemon or orange juce,pepsi or coke and other similar drinks, third: prepare an infusion by boiling minth and instead of sugar add natural honey to make the drink sweet,drink it then go to bed it helps you relax,you can also have a bath that will make you more tired after that go to yor bed and close you eyes. try it and i assure that it will work but not from the first night,i used to do this and it helped me.if it doesn't work you should see a doctor and he will give you some pills that can make you calm and allows you to sleep,and i hope you get better soon.
