Is it normal i can move my penis?

When I have an erection, I can control what direction my penis points in. I can make it point up, down, left, right, and I can make it go in circles. Making it point in a diagonal direction is a little harder. I thought it was something anyone could do until I did it in front of my girlfriend and she screamed.
