You probably have a deviated septum. Sometimes your nose can look the same with it as it would do with out. It can be corrected with surgery but I haven't dared to fix mine :p
Btw, I also have dust allergy and I use a nasal spray for my runny nose xD I'm not so sure a syrup could help in this matter. Anyway, an Otolaringologist is the doctor to go to for both problems. Good luck!
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I forgot to mention I also use a nasal spray which works well for my allergy symptoms, however nothing fixes my breathing. Deviated septum, though? That sounds really bad. Guess I'll look it up anyway. :P
