Is it normal i bleed?

Hello I've noticed that whenever i play with my ass i find blood on my toys/hand, well whenever i use the toys that I've grown to not my begginer ones, my stool and and what not has been normal no blood anywere but when i play i always bleed. It doesnt hurt i dont feel any pain and I'm definitely not forcing something i cant fit in there, so like whats the deal? Is this normal?
