Nope I was tested at graduation (last year) because I threw up. (It was hot as F in there and I don't do well with heat and being surrounded by a bunch of people plus I was sick that week.)
Maybe you need to start light to moderate exercise a few times a week until you build up strength. You can do this by walking every morning or night or by even taking swims daily to get aerobic exercise.
Is it normal I become extremely exhausted walking up the stairs?
