It does not really hurt afterwards. It is just annoying because as soon as I wake up after sleeping my bowels also wake up and within ten minutes I need to take a righteous dump.
Yeah, it's like that dump first thing in the morning signals the beginning of a brand new day.
I would rather be regular than constipated...but it is still annoying.
Regularity is a good thing. I don't think I really gave a damn when I was younger, but now I hate being constipated.
