I agree. I've learned more from the bad than the good. For me this is especially true when I think back of past relationships. It's also true in the way I look at people. I often times come to really like the negative quirks a person has, and have trouble trusting someone who acts as if he doesnt have any.
I think it was Nietzsche who talked alot about how we as humans always wanna divide into two opposites. Positive/negative, good/bad, happy/sad, heaven/hell etc, and how we as evolved human being should really get over that simplistic concept and realise how both sides of the coin are linked together as a whole.
Guess it comes back to ying and yang. You need to find a balance. And also realise that if there wasnt any bad in your life, you wouldnt be able to appreciate the good as much.
Is it normal I am grateful for the good and the bad people both?
