Is it normal how I sleep?

  • I agree it's normal to develop odd sleeping patterns when you aren't on a good schedule. However, is it good for you? I'm not sure. I think in my case, and watching my adult children in their lives, people get more done and are more productive and healthy, (and less overweight) when they follow a normal sleep schedule. You guys aren't getting much done at all, heck, you don't even get up till the day is almost over. Homeschool is quicker than regular day school, but what about cleaning, shopping, cooking, exercise, extracurricular activities?
