I am always hot. I used to live on the beach in L.A. When it was 60 degrees I was in shorts and comfortable. Now I live in Thailand. Besides drinking water instead of beer, what can I do?

    I am like this too. I can go outside when it's snowing in shirtsleeves and shorts and be comfortable. If you're overweight, losing weight might help. Otherwise, just drink lots of cold fluids if possible. Also, Thailand is one of the hottest and most humid places there is. Do you absolutely have to be there?

    Some people are very hot natured. And a lot of resolving the issue is based on how you feel....may be high Blood pressure.
