Is it normal he works out till he blacks out

My boyfriend is diabetic, he was born with it or whatever but keeps it super monitored and under control. He's a health nut and an excercise freak, sometimes goes on week long fasts, or puking up his meals, or he wraps himself in plastic wrap when he works out.

His body is amazing, but his health is scary, he passes out constantly or seizes or sometimes doesn't wake up right away in the mornings. It's really terrifying finding your partner lying passed out on the bathroom floor, even when it happens as often as twice a day.

I love him but he keeps scaring me. He's 23

I think the main issue here is control. He probably felt that he lost control after being diagnosed with diabetes. He is now trying to regain control via extreme behaviors: vomiting and fitness obsession.

He is going die if someone doesn't intervene now. He needs help.

Surely fasting while diabetic would be very dangerous? As is puking up meals and wrapping himself in plastic wrap while working out. Passing out and having seizures means he is NOT managing or controlling his diabetes but worsening it.

He's not just a health nut, he has mental health issues and one day he'll kill himself with this mad behavior.

this is a result of low blood sugar. he needs to eat correctly. no fasting. ive dealt with many diabetic comas and he needs to eat. this is unhealthy.
