You probably answered your own question; more then likely he's just really busy and/or stressed at work. Anyways I work 5/6 sometimes 7 days and around 70/80 hrs a week on a regular basis and don't feel like doing anything except relaxing when you get a little time off, so it's probably normal what he's doing.
Is it normal he stopped asking me to hang out?
