I think that he is in the position to be afraid that he might lose you and that's why he is acting this way. Jealousy may bring someone to the edge of dispair and that's why you should talk seriously with him and tell him that it bothers you the fact that he is not supportive and encouraging in the decision of being more healthy. You should also tell him that you are not changing your old habbits just to atract other guys but because it' better for your health and mind. Tell him that you are not going to replace him and he should chage his attitude. If not, then he's a douchebag and you should leave him as soon as possible. Any other guy would feel great to have a beautiful woman beside him so why wouldn't feel the same?:)
