As I understand it they had drunken sex at a party and then fell out so she claimed that she had been raped on the basis she was too drunk to know what she was doing. It went to court but he was found not guilty but she then joined a rape survivors group and they have put nonsense into her head about not being ashamed and holding her head high so she has taken that a little bit to literal and is always posting about it on facebook.
Ah I understand where you're coming from then and agree with you.
If only she was drunk then she'd be indeed a rape victim but since they were BOTH drunk, then neither of them really had the capacity to say "yes" - so he's just as entitled to claim rape on her as she is on him.
and i can completely understand why you wouldn't want to tap that well. cos what happens if she changes her mind afterwards?
Is it normal, guys would not want a girl if she's been raped?
