With meth it's always at the two ends of the extreme for me, either I absolutely can't get it up or I can go at it for hours, no matter how low grade the snatch is. Not to big on crystal now, never got addicted just did it every once in a while before, but if I went on like a back to back high streak for 2-4 days I could easily fuck the entire time, and usually did.
Then again, I didn't know too many other users, so I may be the not normal one.
