  • I may not be a physical pr diet instructor here. But you need to understand this. You need to eat full at breakfast, medium at lunch, and few on dinner. No skipping meals. Those who skip meals lose their fast metabolism factor and makes them crave or eat more at the afternoon. Dont drink sodas, whole milk, sweetened juices and teas. Drink water, tea, and skim milk. Go on protein more. Eat tofu, soy, fish meat, chicken meat, eggs. Eat peanut butter as it is healthy fats also nuts. Avoit crackers, cookies. And exercise too.
