Is it normal? getting depressed from being bored

I was just wondering if its normal to become very stressed or depressed when i get bored? I usually i get alot of things done during the day like hang out with my friends, skate and other random stuff but there's some days where nobody is around and i got nothing to do so i pretty much stay home till someone calls me but when nobody does and i stay home and i start feeling very depressed i start feeling like i have to leave the house or else im going to explode or something...so is this normal?

    well i usually get the same way when i get bored.but its definatlly not normal.the reason why u feel that was is because when u are bored u think no one wants to hang with you and stuff.makes u feel like the world hates you and so u get depressed

    Yeah this is normal. I use to get like this when no one would call me or want to hangout also. I'm pretty use to it now though I guess. Just try to find a hobby you can do by yourself just to pass time until your friends do come back around.

  • wow lol that's just like me i dont get panic attacks though i just start getting a headeche and i have to get out or i start feeling very akward loneliness

  • Yeah it's normal my mom gets this way and always wants to get out of the house.She has to get out of the house like everyday if she doesn't get out she will start to have a panic attack or start crying that she's bored in the house..lol we always have to get out before she gets angry..

    i get the same way, maybe when your bored you should go for a walk or something? Lol but you should just get out and do something even if it means just taking a walk because its not good to be depressed. i just go for walks and take my dog out and stuff when my friends arent about.
