Get Malwarebytes already recommended on here, the free version is completely sufficient and simply do a full scan of your computer and let it remove any unwanted stuff that it finds.
Also, get a good antivirus-software. I can recommend Avast, it has a good free version and is pretty easy to use. It has some mild pop-up ads from time to time but it's a good program.
I have windows defender as antivirus. I figured out where the gamezooks was coming from. I went to extensions in my google chrome settings. I found it and deactivated it. Than I trashed it.
IIN gamezooks infected my computer?

Windows Defender merely is a firewall, you should use some kind of antivirus program too, which prevents viruses from getting inside your PC.
