I'm shy and have a hard time knowing what to say to other people. Also I feel like I'm annoying or boring. It was easy for me to make friends when I was younger, but I don't know why that changed.
You need to find people with whom you share a common interest. Join in activities or clubs that you are interested in and you will automatically find yourself surrounded by people who have a lot in common with you. That makes it easier to talk to them and make friends.
