You picked her. If you don't like it then throw her out.

The song "get a job" by the offspring popped into my head just now.

Stay-at-home moms/dads are a real thing and there's nothing wrong with that.

There IS something seriously wrong with not doing household chores. That's disgusting. I'd throw her out even if she had two jobs. Slobs are a dealbreaker for me.

Ehhhh.. I think she should contribute something. How do YOU feel about it? And are there kids involved? My bf and I both work but while I clean the house everyday we can have dishes piled back up in the sink in just a day so if there’s kids involved i bet that’s even harder to keep clean and find time to relax.

Yes it is hard to keep a house clean when the other Pearson occupying the same space doesn’t do anything.

Lay down the law. She gets a job- or you get a divorce. What a lazy bitch.

If you are married then you are a team. This means you share everything WITHOUT holding a grudge or keeping a ledger. However it also means you should both contribute, and it sounds like she isn't doing that. Just talk to her. You married her, you should be able to talk.

If she's just your girlfriend then fuck no, throw her ass out. You owe her nothing.

No kids involved. Just laziness. I should also mention that the person has ADHD and uses it as an excuse to be more lazy.

Well than no it’s not ok. Maybe I couldn’t understand if things were getting half done and she got distracted and started cleaning something else but if there’s no attempt made then I don’t think it’s ok.. do you usually end up having to do the cleaning? Or does she finally do it after an argument?

After an argument it always gets done. But why should itbhave to go that far? Adults do adult things and being responsible isn’t something I should have to remind an adult of.
