psoriasis, no I don't think so? Sounds like your body is probably producing too much sweat and that's the culprit. My brother had this, had to go to a doc that gave him something, can't remember what. He actually doesn't sweat as much now, no joke. I dunno what they do for that but it worked. hopefully it'll work for you too.
