my sister is a very upset girl all the time.shes so mean to me and i hate it.She has recently discovered weed so she smokes it all the time,and it seems to make her very happy.She tells me how beautiful i am and that shes so sorry shes so mean to me and she loves me alot ,But when shes not high anymore,she goes back to extremely upset and treats people so meanly.she has nothing to be upset about.

    Agreed. But that's messed up. Video tape her when high, tell her to quit smokin. Then show her the video.

      Come on! Seriously? It's not like she FORGETS what she said. You've obviously never smoked pot. It doesn't cause you to black out like drinking does.
