My parents are the same way, I think its just that generations morals and what they were taught and grew up with. When we are old it will be acceptable and normal for whites and blacks to date, its already getting there. I have just recently learned that parents aren't always right in their morals and opinions and they don't always do the right thing as hard as that is to accept.
