I think that "babysitter" is the right word. "caretaker" makes it sound like i am very sick or mentally disabled and can't take care of myself. if i say i am a 20 year old who gets "babysat", then that makes it sound like someone is treating me like a child, which is what is happening.
I am planning on getting my own apartment soon. It's not going to happen instantly, but it should happen soon. I am working on it. I want to get my drivers license first.
IIN for your parent to hit you?

Needing to be treated as a child at 20 years old would mean you are mentally disabled.
This is so fucking fake, sounds like the same idiot that writes about girls shitting themselves. Fuck off queer.

But I don't need to be treated like a child. That's the thing. My mom is infantilizing me because she is scared of me growing up.
