Your mother sounds overly protective, but I doubt anyone can be like that for no reason. If you're an angel, and she won't let you leave the house at 20, then that's ridiculous.
I'm just saying I'd need more context for your relationship with your mother to understand your situation. Does she need to be concerned about you messing around with drugs or shady characters? Something must have happened to make her distrust you this way.
