Unless you live in a place where it's very dangerous for a 20 year-old woman to be out alone, it sounds like your family is treating you like you're property. Alternatively, they don't trust you.
At 20, you should be able to deal with the world on your own. Lots of 20 year-olds live independently of their parents. If your parents continue to keep you under tight control at this age, you'll never learn to be independent.

My dad wants me to be independent. My mom is the one that is treating me like property.
