  • You're using your neck to lift you off the ground which can be vert dangerous. Pick a spot on the ceiling about two feet down from where your feet rest and do not err take your eyes off that spot when lifting. This helps keep the lift in your abs and not your neck, also go a little slower when you rise as there is no need to jump yourself up. Good luck and be safe.

    • This is a good answer

also are you putting your hands behind your head? this my mean you are pulling yourself up by the neck using your arms, obviously not what yourmeant to be doing, its best to either cros your4 arms across your chest or rest your fingers gently on your temple(s) or behind your ears.

also if you want abs i got one word for you - Plank!! do it 3 times a day a minute each time at least (or aslong as you can) and youll have killer abs in no time!!
