Is it normal for your neck to hurt when ever you work out your abs?
Idk if im doing them wrong but whenever i do crunches, sits up, any of those main ab workouts it strains my neck then im having more pain in my neck then abs. Im 17 and already really skinny so it wont take that long to get noticable abs if i knew how to actually do them right but everytime i do my neck just hurts. Ive looked up how to do that stuff properly and i keep my neck looking up at the ceiling and different ways but my neck always hurts, is this normal??
