It's great that as a couple you've talked about this honestly! I'd make sure she truly wasn't bothered from the aspect of it before you proceeded. There a other non-monogamist relationships out there that have one peep with two partners and the others with one, but they are tricky to manage. If something remotely stops feeling right, it's best to end it there.
