IIN for your dogs to all of a sudden start growling and staring at you

This is exactly why people like you should not own guard dogs. They are to be handled differently than other breeds or bloodlines of breeds. You probably ignored cues that your dog does not respect you for a while and now, they you are in a situation where a bite is not too far away and where do you go? Yup to this website for advice. I own and train highly aggressive guard dogs and they NEVER growl at me and i rarely every have to use a strong arm to discipline. I have fair but firl rules and it makes things clear to the dog as to what i expect. <BR><BR>Good luck but maybe you should own a cat... People like you are why breeds like pitt bulls have bad raps in the media. They just arent dogs that weak minded people should own. Everyone wants to treat dogs like children ( which is sad because would you allow your kid to posture aggressively towards you and ask if it were normal?)when they are not. Believe me, that growl that had you turning out lights and shit was fleeting to you but to the dog, he completely dominated you and corrected YOU for getting too close. I am sure you will excuse your little snafu to your pooch being quirky but lets see what happens when you take too long backing away from his meal next time and he draws blood... belive me, its coming.
