Does your dick curve? I can't find any statistics on how common it is, so I'm turning to IIN. I realize that it's not all that uncommon, but beyond that I have no idea. Is it the norm for a dick to curve, or the opposite? That's what this poll is about.
Yeah, it's difficult to imagine some researcher getting a grant to study penile curvature and then recruiting a large representative sample of the male population who are willing to get an erection and have the geometry of their dick measured.
And obviously you have to assume that what we see in porn are dicks that are just as unrepresentative of the average as the rest of the actors' bodies are.
There is Peyronie's disease, of course, in which internal scar tissue causes the erect penis to curve - sometimes drastically so - but I suspect that most penises are not perfectly straight. Few of us have perfect bilateral symmetry.
In extreme cases, it's sometimes possible for surgical intervention to fix or at least lessen curvature, but if there's just a slight bend, then it's probably best to just accept it.
Us guys can get pretty obsessed with our dicks, but I doubt if straightness is high on the list of concerns for the majority of women. Indeed, if you check out the sex toys marketed as designed for G-spot stimulation, you'll see that they're usually bent, so adopting a position where the curved penis presses against the front wall of the vagina could be very enjoyable for some women.
