Is it normal for your boyfriend to lick your boobs?

My friend was having a movie night and my boyfriend and I were both sleeping over.
It just started with making out but later in the night he started kissing my chest then licking my boob..
Seeing as I have never done that before I don't know if it's normal.. It definitely didn't feel normal!
But that also might have been because we were in a room full of people.
