  • I think people generally don't like to see that, but who cares what they think. They can look in a different direction than at you and you'll be past them soon enough anyway.

    If it makes you uncomfortable you could try some different kinds of exercise and see if they work better for you. Swimming might be good, or any other exercise where your body is under the water. Or things that move your body in different ways and might not make it wobble so much like rowing, cycling or weight training.
