Is it normal for your bed to shake while lying in it alone awake and still

I’m a single young spiritual woman, Sometimes I wonder why does my bed shake at Night , I’m lying still , alone and awake, yet I can’t figure out why this happens? I thought for a second maybe it’s in my mind, However that’s not the case I’ve literally placed my hand on the mattress while lying there , I can fell the bed trembling, what is the reason for this ?

This happens to me too and I remember reading quite a few of these posts over time. They always get a 'not normal' but it seems to be more common than I thought. Have a 'normal'.

Heavy vehicles nearby? Trains nearby? More likely to be something like that than anything supernatural.
