How can you ask other people post evidence to support their claims when you claim that professionals think it's normal for old men to ogle young girls without any evidence whatsoever? You should hold yourself to the same standards that you hold other people.
Young boys and girls are not sexless. Most young people have some conception of sex, but it is nothing like a complete, adult understanding of sex. It's orientated around personal development. It's not a gift to other people.
I have lived a few days on this planet and must say that the rate of maturity for people has a huge variation....I have seen 15 year old that are mature ...even younger...and not just physically but mentally...some have even outsmarted me and I dont consider myself stupid...and I have seen even like 22 and 23 year olds that are completely immature...completely...so if I had to comment on this topic I would say that some know completely what they are doing...and some have a little awareness and some are totally innocent...it all depends.....
