  • Yeah. Unfortunately. When you lose someone u really love, its... just like losing someone u really love, when they die. I know u probably don't feel like it at all but try to find something to occupy ur mind. Go hang out with ur other friends. You DO need to feel and process what has happened but don't wholly focus on it. Its not healthy to embody greif that way. I exercise when I'm upset. I just get on my bike and hit one of the trails or just run until I can't anymore. Used to do martial arts and kick boxing but I started to feel like I was getting more aggressive because of it. I didn't like it Lol. Damn good work out and stress relief. And for me when my body is occupied like that my mind is just kind of... zoned into it, so you don't really think about it. Then afterward ur usually all endorphined out then so tired u don't have energy to be upset Lol you just fall asleep
