Is it normal for to always be "just a friend" as a girl?

I used to have that problem too girl.
Im pretty and had alotta guy friends and not many girls..
But I did exactly what those guys said.. sent off differnt signals.
Be there friend, flirt, play with them (not nasty play but giggly play lol), talk about things that you normaly wouldnt.. and see if it helps.
They think your only wanting to be friends, so there gonna respect that if they respect you, you will need to show them a taste of the other side. lol
