Is it normal for to always be "just a friend" as a girl?

I'm a 19-year old girl. I'm pretty. Not drop-dead gorgeous but pretty. I'm never anything more than a friend. I have tons of guy-friends, and they say I'm attractive (technically speaking), but I'm always just the friend. Any other girls have this problem?

    I used to have that problem too girl.
    Im pretty and had alotta guy friends and not many girls..
    But I did exactly what those guys said.. sent off differnt signals.
    Be there friend, flirt, play with them (not nasty play but giggly play lol), talk about things that you normaly wouldnt.. and see if it helps.
    They think your only wanting to be friends, so there gonna respect that if they respect you, you will need to show them a taste of the other side. lol

    You could be sending "just friend" signals. Us guys go on body language or flirting the majority of the time. It's how we work.

    As a guy, when girls are in that situation, you just need to become more flirtatious. Other than that you just have to hope for a guy you are actually willing to date, instead of just a hook up.
