I find if I'm reading something or tinkering on my cell phone in the car, and my peripheral vision can see the objects outside the car whizzing by, I get sick feeling and dizzy.
Might be good idea to check on the exhaust thing if it's only one particular car that this happens.

This sounds exactly what suckonthis9 said. I've heard plenty of cases of the same situation and it sounds like a minor case of carbon monoxide poisoning. Does this happen in any other cars? If not I would have your car's exhaust system checked out for leaks.

This has only happened to me once. If it happens every time, something isn't right.
