Is it normal for teens to cyber?

When I was younger, I used to go on kid worlds, (Habbo, etc.) and have online "bfs" and cyber with them. Around the age of 12 to 14. As I got older, it became chat rooms. Of course, I was mostly curious, and I didn't realise how stupid and that I wasn't just interacting with the computer.. there was actually another person on there. Nor did I really care about the 'age' of the person on the other end, to me it was just a computer screen.. like interactive porn... like a robot just saying these things. I never realised how wrong it was, mostly because other people were doing it too.. and I never actually did show pictures, go on cam or give out real info.

Am I a bad person? I always hoped to save sex for marriage, because of both personal and religious reasons. I feel gross that I was doing that at such a young age, oh yeah, and I should add that I never "got off" on that stuff. Meaning that no, I did not touch myself while doing so.

Is it normal?

    It's no big deal. Lots of kids do it. It's totally innocent and thank god nothing bad happened to you. Its only a bad thing if u give out any personal info or if u really meet them.
