I wake my 3 brothers in the morning and I notice every morning they each have an erection.I wonder if most teenage boys have erections every morning or are my brothers weird?

    I'm 23 and I still get erections in bed. Often not thinking about anything sexual. I think you just get periodic erections during sleep if you have a functioning penis.

    It is normal. IN fact it would be a sign of a health problem if they did not. Understand it and accept it as normal but try not to think about it too much. Don't dwell on it. If it bothers you don't look.

    Perfectly normal. It should happen more often that not. If it doesn’t, there could be a more serious health condition, one being low testosterone
